These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of cornerstonerevops.com (the “Site”) and the consulting services offered by Cornerstone RevOps Consulting, LLC (“Cornerstone,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site or engaging us for services, you agree to these Terms. Read them. They’re short.
Using the Site or submitting an inquiry through it constitutes acceptance of these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Site. For consulting engagements, a separately signed Statement of Work or Service Agreement may modify or supersede these Terms. The SOW controls in case of conflict.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind the organization you represent. Our services are designed for businesses, not individual consumers. If you’re engaging us on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to do so.
You agree to use the Site lawfully and in good faith. You won’t: attempt to gain unauthorized access; scrape or harvest content for commercial use; introduce malware; reverse-engineer the calculator or assessment logic for republishing; or use the Site in a way that disrupts service for other users. We may suspend access if any of these happen.
Each consulting engagement is defined by a signed Statement of Work (SOW) that specifies scope, deliverables, timeline, fees, and minimum commitment. Work outside the SOW is billed separately at our then-current hourly rate or via an amendment. Pricing tiers shown on the Site are starting frameworks; the SOW is the source of truth.
Unless your SOW says otherwise: monthly retainers are invoiced on the 1st of each month and due net-15; fixed-scope projects are invoiced 50% on signature and 50% at completion. Past-due invoices accrue interest at 1.5% per month after 30 days. We may pause work on accounts that are 45+ days past due.
Cornerstone retains ownership of methodologies, frameworks, templates, training materials, and proprietary tools we developed before or independently of your engagement. Deliverables custom-built for you (CRM configurations, dashboards, documented SOPs specific to your business) belong to you upon full payment. Aggregated, anonymized learnings from engagements may inform our practice without attribution.
We treat your business information (pipeline data, financials, customer lists, strategic plans) as confidential. We won’t share it with any third party except our authorized subcontractors (under equivalent confidentiality obligations) or where required by law. This obligation survives termination of the engagement indefinitely.
Site content (calculators, assessments, blog posts, frameworks) is provided “as-is” for informational purposes. We do not warrant that any specific business outcome will result from following our recommendations. The variable we can’t control is your team’s execution discipline. For paid engagements, we warrant the services will be performed in a professional, competent manner consistent with industry standards.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cornerstone’s total cumulative liability arising from or related to these Terms or any engagement is limited to the fees paid by you to Cornerstone during the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or business opportunity, regardless of the theory of liability.
Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days’ written notice after any required minimum commitment period has been satisfied. Fees for work performed through the termination date remain payable. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (confidentiality, IP ownership, payment obligations, limitation of liability) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and both parties consent to that jurisdiction.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page will reflect any changes. For material changes affecting active engagements, we’ll notify you directly. Continued use of the Site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
